IslandSoul event Disclaimer

By purchasing a ticket and attending an IslandSoul event, all participants acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Personal Responsibility: Participants acknowledge that they are attending the event and participating in all activities, workshops, and sessions at their own risk. It is the responsibility of each individual to assess their physical and mental fitness and suitability to participate in any activity offered at the event.
2. Health & Fitness: Participants should ensure they are in appropriate health and fitness levels to engage in any physical activity, including but not limited to yoga, fitness challenges, Pilates, and any movement-based workshops. If in doubt, participants are encouraged to consult with their healthcare provider before engaging in any of the events activities.
3. Liability Waiver: By attending, participants release and discharge IslandSoul Ltd,, practitioners, and event staff from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage (including personal injury, property damage, or illness) that may occur during or after the event. This includes any incidents that occur as a result of participation in the activities, workshops, performances, or any other aspect of the event.
4. Assumption of Risk: All participants acknowledge that they are aware of the risks associated with physical activity, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, or health conditions that may arise. By attending, participants agree to assume full responsibility for any potential risks.
5. Indemnity: Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless IslandSoul Ltd, and all related vendors, practitioners, and event organisers from any claims, actions, damages, or losses arising from their participation in the event.
6. Photography and Videography: Participants acknowledge that photographs and video recordings will be taken throughout the event for promotional purposes. By attending the event, participants consent to their image and likeness being captured and used in future marketing materials, including but not limited to social media, websites, print advertising, and other promotional content. If participants do not wish to be photographed or filmed, they must notify event organisers in advance.
7. Weather & Rescheduling: IslandSoul reserves the right to reschedule or modify event activities due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of adverse weather, participants will be notified of any changes to the date, time, or location. Tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled event.
