We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our guests as best as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below:

General Bookings:

• Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 30 days before the scheduled event or experience will receive a full refund.

Group Bookings on Events & Experience:

• Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 60 days before the scheduled event or service will receive a full refund.
• Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 30 and 59 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event are not eligible for a refund.

E-commerce Orders:

• Return and Refund: Items purchased through our e-commerce site can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Force Majeure:

• In the event of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, IslandSoul reserves the right to reschedule or cancel events and services. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule.

  • There will be a 5% cancellation fee applied.
